On Location: Bodrum harbor, take a cool dip into the colorful Aegean riviera

In between our stays in Gumusluk and Kas, we spent a morning in the colorful Bodrum harbor. We visited the famous Underwater Archaelogical Museum in a historic castle, strolled along the Aegean waterfront, and ate in a fabulous cafe recommended by the New York Times. Because Bodrum has a reputation of being a wild, Turkish party town, we didn’t expect it to have the beauty it did. I definitely would make a trip back here to stay awhile…
